You need to login using your SNPCheck admin account details to manage your subscription. This is not the same as your SNPCheck user login, but consists of your primary contact e-mail address and a separate admin password. Once logged in you will be able to change the details associated with your SNPCheck admin and/or user account, as well as view details of and renew your SNPCheck subscription.
